When acid from the stomach rises up into the
esophagus and the throat, one will experience a
warm and painful feeling called heartburn. These are
heartburn cause symptoms. Heartburn is
synonymous to indigestion, acid regurgitation, sour
stomach, or pyrosis. It may sound like it’s an illness
of the heart but it’s actually not. Heartburn has
nothing to do with the heart. It’s coined with the
heart because a person suffering
heartburn cause
symptoms
feels an uncomfortable burning
sensation of the breastbone where the heart is
situated. This causes discomfort starting from the
upper abdomen spreading towards the throat.

As a result of unhealthy diets increased stress and
over-eating; heartburn becomes more and more
prevalent. Anyone can actually have trouble with
heartburn every now and then. But, it’s more
frequent in adults especially for pregnant women
during the last three months of their pregnancy. This
is because as their uterus literally grows, an upward
pressure increases on their stomach.
Heartburn
cause symptoms
also strikes more often on
holidays when it's very tempting to eat too much in
rich or spicy food and drink more alcohol than usual.

Studies show that the following foods are the most
typical causes of heartburn: sodas including cola
and other carbonated beverages, chocolate, citrus
fruits and juices, tomatoes and tomato sauces such
as pizza and pasta sauce, spicy foods, red pepper
or capsicum, peppermint and spearmint, dry foods
such as peanuts, fatty foods such as ice cream,
garlic, bread and other foods derived from grains.
Even wine, drugs, alcohol and caffeine, as found in
coffee, and tobacco products like cigarettes, can
trigger
heartburn cause symptoms. Generally,
people with busy and stressful lifestyle are more
likely to suffer from heartburn.

Many of us may not treat
heartburn cause symptoms
as a serious illness but the pain it causes can last for
several hours or more. Heartburn may cause
problems with swallowing, burping, nausea, or
bloating and is often made worse by eating, lying
down or bending over. It may even cause sleep
problems, chronic cough, and asthma, wheezing, or
choking episodes. Avoiding heartburn is easy. This
can be done by wearing comfortable clothes, those
that don’t fit tightly around the waist and chest,
having regular eating patterns, eating the right
amount of food and avoiding lying down or going
straight to bed after meals.

We may say that
heartburn cause symptoms are the
same with the symptoms of a heart attack. Aside
from the burning feeling in the stomach and the
chest just above the breastbone, we can also have a
hot, sour, acidic or salty taste at the back of the
throat. For some people, they feel the pain of
heartburn deep within their chest, nearer the back,
but for others, they experience pain or discomfort
when swallowing because there’s a feeling of food
sticking in the throat or chest.

Occasionally, we rationalize away severe
heartburn
cause symptoms
as just indigestions. Heartburn
symptoms should not be disregarded, if one has a
history of heart problems or risk factors for a heart
attack. This may indicate a more serious problem
that needs to be checked by the doctor.
